Booking Conditions
After receiving an estimate by e-mail, send a reply with confirmation of the estimate.
You will be sent all the information to make the payment of the deposit amounting to 30% of the stay. Only after receipt of the deposit will the reservation be considered confirmed.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, which must be done by e-mail, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- 100% of the deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival
- 0% of the deposit if the cancellation is made less than the period mentioned above
The guest is obliged to pay for the entire stay even if, for any reason, he/she leaves the place before the end of the booked period.
